Currently seeking outside commercial sales staff.

Sales associate- Kansas City & Omaha-Generate a revenue pool by assisting in marketing and sales to residential and commercial accounts. The sales process may include cold calls, business to business, networking or face to face contacting. Echo is a fast paced company that specializes in providing a top tier Pest control service to homeowners and businesses in Kansas city and Omaha, NE markets. This sales position is entry level and offers training in sales, communication and marketing. Our sales reps are provided a company vehicle, expense accounts and all sales materials needed. You must be a clear communicator and have good verbal and non-verbal skills.

Hours are Monday-Friday and compensation is a base plus commission pay scale. You will have a local office, company phone and Ipad. Using our software to enter new customers and track call backs you will generate your own leads and take inbound sales leads to perform bids and sales.

Base pay starts at $3000 per month plus commissions. First year average income is $45k-$60k.

 Marketing Director:
Our local office in Omaha is seeking an inside marketing director. This position was created to cover all aspects of advertising, marketing and directing sales for our locations. This position is a salary plus commission pay structure with the base salary of $45K per year starting. The commission structure is a graduating scale depending on gross profit starting at 10%. 
Marketing director must stay current with market and advertising trends. They are given advertising budget and are expected to generate sales leads for themselves as well as incoming customer calls. They are to run our social media campaign and manage our website. They will work directly with advertising firms to create new business. They also will lead our summer sales team and be involved in their training. 
Requirements:
Resume & references
Degree in Sales, marketing, graphic design or communication
Must have sales experience of a minimum 1 year
Must demonstrate skills in advertising, social media, business to business sales & cold call experience
They must complete either an internship with one of our offices or participate in 1 summer sales program
Hours will be 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

All sales materials and supplies will be provided. Personal office, company phone, tablet, computer and expense account provided.
