Our program works well with a college schedule. What better way to compliment what you learn in class with real world training. While most of the summer is spent learning to sell, interns are involved in marketing part time. They bring the latest trends in social media and online tactics and apply them to real strategies. 

Over the summer months we offer daily training to help train our sales staff with a 14 week proven curriculum. Team members will be able to get their questions and needs addressed each day as we train and discuss the specific things that the team members are facing. We tailor these meeting to your needs in real time, not just following a training schedule.

You can expect to learn real sales skills. More importantly we specialize in communication training. We will cover specific skills and train how to plug in verbal and non-verbal communication into real life scenarios. We train how proper communication is key to selling, marketing and creating relationships that last beyond the sale.

Echo is unique in offering a front office type internship, not a busy work hands off scenario. Our interns are in the clients face, learning real skill and gaining real experience. 

We travel the Mid West attending career fairs at well known schools looking for the right candidates to fill our team spots. We will not mince words or tell you that it is a simple job. We will tell it like it is. It will be the hardest job you had, it will test you every minute, but if you put effort into it, you will have rewards for many years to come.

This is your chance to either apply for an internship position, or to jump on and take a full time commission position with us. We won't limit your earning potential. Internships pay a base plus commissions, and we also have a commission only pay scale. If you have the drive, we have the program that will get you what you need to be sucessful.

If you are at that point in your life where you need to decide what you will do after school, or what major you really want, we won't tell you where to go or what to do, but you will learn through experience who you are, and who you will become. We can give you the tools to read people, to communicate exactly what you intend. We can also help you to get complete strangers to say yes to what you have to offer. That may be a product or a service, or it may be you.
